FutureBrand is in the midst of a global restructure that could have an impact on scores of jobs across the network.
FutureBrand London says no redundancies have been made, but it refuses to rule out the possibility of future redundancies.
The consultancy is in talks with non-senior staff about staff transfers, sabbaticals and switching from full-time to part-time. The process will be concluded at the end of March.
‘This is about the future size and shape of FutureBrand. We don’t know whether there will be any redundancies, it’s based around revenue. We will have areas where we have deficits and over capacity,’ says FutureBrand corporate managing director Christopher Nurko.
