Although it may deprive us of the sight of those remarkable eyebrows in court, we would urge Lord Lamont to look at the ‘remarkable parallels’ between the design for the Bruges Group and one designed by Sedley Place some 30 years ago for EMI.

The noble Lord will probably not appreciate the quality of the illustration that our work shows, but his financial acumen might alert him to the cost of proceeding further down the litigant’s path.
