WPP Group, the UK’s largest owner of design groups, has reported like-for-like revenues up just 4 per cent over the first five months of this year, compared to revenue growth of 15 per cent last year. The group says operating margins are still on target to reach 15 per cent over the year, while target margins of 15.5 per cent (for 2002) and 20 per cent in the longer term remain in place.
