Craig Moffat Architects and Design has created interiors for Vaishaly, the Marylebone-based spa targeting London’s fashionistas that opened this week. The spa is based on the ground and basement floors of a building that was previously a laundrette and the group was briefed to increase the perception of light and space while maintaining a sense of intimacy and exclusivity. The spa’s interiors feature natural materials, which include limestone, walnut and leather, to ‘create a professional and clinical feel without being sterile’, says Craig Moffat Architects and Design managing director Craig Moffat.
