Mail merge nightmare cloaks Tom Baker PR

PR lovelies of the week must be those little darlings at Camron. Six invitations we received to the opening of Ted Baker’s London store. Six names were half-right, or half-wrong depending on how you view life’s little mail-merge errors.

Linda Adams (sic), Natalie Booth, Trish Clayton, Ruth Lorenz, Hannah Nicholas, Rowan (eh?) Relph-Knight – who they?

At least the fact Ted Baker doesn’t work with any outside consultancies means we’re only half-interested in the story.
