The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce launches a new lecture programme on 4 October with an inaugural lecture by their chairman, Sir Stuart Hampson. Over the next nine months the RSA lecture programme will feature a range of themes, high-profile speakers and contemporary debating issues in a selection of venues.
