Taste of Sage for Gardiner Richardson

Newcastle consultancy Gardiner Richardson has created the brand imagery for the latest accountancy software from Sage, a North East-based supplier. It won the work following a two-way pitch against an unnamed London consultancy.

Reflecting Sage’s new “Active Support for Business” slogan and enhanced product portfolio, are commissioned images including rowers on Kielder Reservoir, a father and child playing on the beach at Tynemouth and joggers running against New York’s skyline.

Gardiner Richardson director Darren Richardson says: “While proud of its North Eastern roots, Sage is an international business. It’s fitting we have been able to combine local images with well-known landmarks abroad, such as New York’s night skyline.”

Paul Walker, Sage chief executive, adds: “Gardiner Richardson has repeatedly won Sage business because of its fresh approach to its work.”

The imagery for the eight updated software packages goes live at the beginning of October. Gardiner Richardson also designs and produces Sage’s quarterly magazine, Solutions.
