Typographic design needs to get back on track

Thank god for your inspiring article on letterpress typography (DW 8 September).

With all creatives so concerned and wrapped up with everything that is digital in today’s society, it is refreshing to discover that people are still making typography how it should be, and not just stretching Helvetica or Times New Roman in order to fit a layout. We need to practice this artform – for that is what typography is – to appreciate how fantastic it is and to revert back to how typography was made in the past.
