De Beers at Dome?

De Beers, the company that controls about 75 per cent of the world’s diamond market, is in negotiation with the New Millennium Experience Company about a sponsorship deal at the Greenwich Dome site.

De Beers marketing director of international products Liz Lynch says, ‘We are in negotiations, though we are not near to completing them. There are a few things to iron out and there will not be a decision until mid-May as to whether we get involved with the Dome.’
