Larger store for Louis Vuitton

Luxury French fashion house Louis Vuitton is moving sites on London’s Sloane Street with a new-look store set to open in mid-July.

The larger store, which at 500m2 is big enough to accommodate the brand’s ready-to-wear and jewellery collections, will have interiors by US architect Peter Marino.

Interior concepts will feature polished limestone and aniegre wood and will be based on the brand’s Roppongi Hills retail space in Tokyo. The Japanese store was designed by architect Jun Aoki and opened last year.

Louis Vuitton, part of the LVMH portfolio, will also open a store in Birmingham’s Temple Row in August, designed by its in-house team.
