Ideo to open office in Milan

Product development group Ideo is to open its first permanent European office in Milan next month.

The group has offices in London and Tokyo, and four in the US, but previous European arms have been established on a temporary “as-needed” basis, says head of marketing Ingelise Nielson.

The Milan office, headed by project manager Christian Schneider, is intended as a base for further expansion in mainland Europe and a tool to better service existing clients in the region.
