JVC has launched some additions to its RealVision range of video cameras, targeted at all cinematographers from beginners to experts. Designed in-house, the GR-DVL family promises to combine the latest digital technology with affordability. Prices start at £700. The cameras have nine digital effects, including black and white recording, sepia, classic film, a slow shutter speed option and a picture stabiliser, which aims to eliminate ‘shaky shooting’.
