CGI advises Ryan Hotels on branding

London design consultancy CGI has been appointed by Ryan Hotels Group to carry out an assessment of the company’s brand strategy. The move is part of an expansion plan by Ryan Hotels, which is looking to invest and acquire new properties across Europe.

Ryan Hotels is based in Dublin, Ireland where the chain already has six properties. It also has property in the UK, Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands. The most recent addition to its expanding portfolio of hotels is the Hyde Park Ryan Hotel in central London.

CGI has now begun the early stages of an audit of the entire organisation, examining how each hotel approaches the existing brand strategy.

The process is due to be completed during the next couple of months, says CGI marketing director Sheila Lalani.

“We are assessing where they currently are on the strength of future growth, but don’t know what the outcome will be until we’ve completed the work,” she explains.

Meanwhile, CGI is also advising PARC Group International, an international staffing company, about its identity and brand management.

A new corporate identity is likely to be unveiled at the end of the summer.
