Deepend London is set to launch interactive TV services for Thomas Cook next month, via the Telewest cable TV platform.

The launch follows the travel agent’s decision last week to award the account for its website Thomascook.com, previously held by Fitch Digital, to Razorfish.

Thomas Cook’s interactive services, including holiday packages, flight sales, insurance and foreign currency will be launched via the Telewest Active Digital platform.

According to Thomascook.com ventures and futures director Bill James, “Thomascook.com is now a truly multi-channel organisation. Working with Deepend will allow us to maximise our interactive TV presence across a number of TV platforms.”
