Lime Marketing has developed a corporate identity, including a name change, for solicitor Wynne Baxter Godfree, which launches next Monday.
The name has been contracted to Wynne Baxter, taking the names of the south of England firm’s founding partners. The identity will be applied across signage, stationery, literature and a website, which Lime Marketing is about to start work on.
The move is the firm’s first identity revamp in its 150-year history. It appointed Lime Marketing to the £20 000 job without a pitch on the basis of recommendation about six months ago.
According to Lime Marketing creative director Jane Austin, “The previous identity was a traditional, staid-looking logo which was getting very convoluted.”
The identity is designed to reflect Wynne Baxter’s strong Sussex connection, with the wavy line representing both the motion of the sea and the undulating landscape of the Sussex Downs.
