British inventor James Dyson is next week to defend himself against an injunction which seeks to prevent the publication of his autobiography, served by American corporation Amway.

Dyson sued Amway for patent infringement ten years ago, after it produced its own dual cyclone system vacuum cleaner. The settlement he received was subject to a confidentiality clause. Amway now claims parts of the book, Against the Odds, are defamatory and break the agreement.
