Eight new partners to join FRCH Worldwide

US multidisciplinary design consultancy FRCH Worldwide is restructuring with the introduction of more than eight new partners over the next year and a half.

“It’s part of a long-term ownership transition and evolution of leadership… making it wider and more horizontal,” says consultancy president and chief operating officer Kevin Roche.

The latest appointment is David Wales who comes in as senior vice president and creative director. Wales, who was formerly vice president and creative director for retail design at Interbrand Schechter, will work out of the group’s New York office.

The new partners, most of whom are already with the consultancy, represent the broadening of the leadership group, says Kevin Roche, one of FRCH’s three founders. The focus of the restructure is to invest in the quality of the group’s creative delivery, he says.

“The founders are still involved but we are making an investment in the leadership,” Roche adds. No further offices are planned.
