…while bathing attire makes an impression

Following Archie Norman, Elmwood’s own Jonathan Sands made his own presentation about how to get ahead in business. With design, he said, and he proved how attitude could make a difference by facing the audience clad in a bath hat and robe. Sands made much of Elmwood’s internal communication and its business plan, which consists not of words but pictures. Staff are encouraged to add their own.

This obviously inspires creative thinking. In prime place was… that goldfish again.
