Dundee consultancy Baillie Marshall Design relaunched itself this week as Greenfinch Design Consultants. The consultancy’s staff of 28 remains intact.
The change is to differentiate the design consultancy from its sister company, an Edinburgh ad agency also called Baillie Marshall.
Reports of a management buy-out of Greenfinch from its parent, Balgray Communications are premature, says a Greenfinch spokeswoman. “Nothing is signed, sealed or delivered,” she adds. The buy-out or “de-merger” is still expected, but will be “in the future”, says the spokeswoman.
