Ratcliffe Fowler has Silverlink’s seal of approval

Silverlink trains is introducing a new internal customer service initiative – Silver Service – with branding developed by Leicester consultancy Ratcliffe Fowler Design.

The initiative has been given a logo in an embossed-style, with a blue and silver charter symbol which will feature on internal training literature, staff uniforms and badges.

Ratcliffe Fowler director Jim Fowler says that the consultancy wanted to create a strong internal branding device which would encourage high standards of service from Silverlink employees.

“The new brand identity will give staff and consumers a visual guarantee that will act as a hallmark for excellent standards,” he adds. Silverlink operates trains in the South East of the UK.

The symbol is an adaptation of Silverlink’s existing bird-themed corporate identity and is due to go live next week.
