CLK.MPL has acquired ten-strong corporate design group ADC, together with its multimedia subsidiary, Look Interactive.

The deal went live last Friday and will see CLK.MPL introduce multimedia to its offer and boost its corporate identity and corporate literature capabilities.

Seven-strong Look Interactive will operate as a separate unit within the CLK.MPL structure. Meanwhile, ADC is likely to be phased out gradually as its workload is absorbed into CLK.MPL’s existing divisions, says group finance director Tony Walford. ADC’s clients include London Transport, Del Monte, Rentokil Initial and National Care Rental.

CLK.MPL bought both groups outright for an undisclosed sum. ADC and Look Interactive majority shareholder Bob Searles joins CLK.MPL as a director with a position on the board. He will also head up Look Interactive.

Searles declines to comment on whether he has taken a shareholding in CLK.MPL.
