Crabtree Hall retained by Hong Kong deli

Crabtree Hall has been retained by Hong Kong-based multinational Dairy Farm Group, to review the retail presentation of Olivers, its Hong Kong delicatessen operation.

Oliver’s flagship outlet, in Central Hong Kong, will be the first store to introduce the new look.

“It’s going to be a contemporary interpretation of a traditional deli,” says Crabtree Hall managing director David McKay. “We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to upgrade the presentation of Olivers, considering the great affection with which the Olivers name is held in Hong Kong.”

McKay confirms Crabtree Hall has also started work on a project for Olivers’ sister company, Wellcome Supermarkets. “We’re in the process of developing a series of new design formats for the Wellcome stores,” adds McKay. “We are trying to come up with a series of store concepts to suit different store sizes and locations.”
