Creatives get their kit on for the homeless

Most design consultancies claim to be innovative in a creative pitch, but it was the five-a-side variety that drew the cream of the industry to Spitalfields last week.

The Five-a-side Creative Cup attracted teams from Tutssels/Lambie-Nairn, The Partners, JKR, Ziggurat, Siebert Head, Allen International, Red Pepper and Turner Duckworth, many sporting specially-designed kit. The final ended 4-4 in normal time, but was eventually won on penalties by Rima Graphics, mainly due to Tutssels/Lambie-Nairn’s emulation of the England team’s inability to take spot kicks.

Tournament organiser Adam Baddeley from Tutssels says: ‘We raised around £500 for the homeless charity Centrepoint. I hope to run another tournament soon – provided I have a two-week window in any other work commitments!’
