Addison does the dirty at an Italian conference

Addison’s sensitivity towards goldfish (DW 20 September) prompts me to air the following.

I attended a design conference in Italy, at which Addison had a display in the foyer of the conference centre.

Featured in this was a photograph of a major project carried out by Ogle on our premises in which Addison had played no part whatsoever.

I wrote to them repeatedly asking for the photo to be returned and for an undertaking not to claim credit for Ogle work, but without success. We decided against taking legal action, but it did leave a bad taste in the mouth.

This is another example of the sort of thing the design profession could do without.
