Briscoe takes to the bottle

Edward Briscoe Design has redesigned the graphics and bottle shape for Quilmes, an Argentinian beer which launches in Europe on Monday. The group also carried out strategic marketing work for the project.

The beer will initially be stocked in licensed premises only, but will roll out to the off-licence sector in time for the Christmas market.

“Quilmes is a quality beer aimed at a broad audience. The design is intended to convey the spirit, passion and sexiness we associate with Latin America. We have made no reference to football,” says consultancy chairman Ted Briscoe.
