Former Bamber Forsyth senior designer Gary Mouat has joined 40-strong literature group E-fact as creative director, after a brief spell as a consultant at Assorted Images (DW 7 August). He took up his post last week and is working on a six-month trial period.
Mouat will fill the position vacated by David Slater in April.
Mouat will principally be responsible for the Mercedes-Benz account, which comprises around 80 per cent of E-fact’s work. The consultancy is currently in the early stages of strategic work for a project to look at the client’s entire corporate literature system.
“I am still finding my feet, but it is likely that we will be building up a team for that [Mercedes] project,” says Mouat.
E-fact is a subsidiary of German communications agency Springer & Jacoby.
