…as Landor replaces president

Landor San Francisco’s man aging director is replacing Peter Farnell-Watson, who has resigned as president of Landor Europe.

Craig Branigan joined Landor in 1996, having previously been president and chief executive of the San Francisco arm of Young & Rubicam Advertising, which is Landor’s sister company.

In his new role he will head up Landor’s London office, and is relocating to the city over the next few months.

He will be looking to raise Landor’s profile in London and Europe and develop business, says a Landor spokeswoman.

Farnell-Watson had been with Landor for 15 years, moving from San Francisco to London in 1992. “He is not doing anything at the moment and is quite happy,” says the spokeswoman.

Landor parent Young and Rubicam Worldwide is planning to float on the stockmarket.
