Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is evaluating its brand as part of an overall examination of the business affairs of the club.
Management consultants have been looking at all areas of the club, as well as the brand identity, but a decision on whether the ‘feasibility study is taken through to a detailed study’ has yet to be made, says a club spokesman. It is not known when that decision will be taken.
‘Tottenham has had consultants looking at the whole business area of the club, including internal and external communications, sponsorship and naming rights. Looking at the brand is part of that process,’ the spokesman says.
