Grasso to head up McNeece graphics arm

McNeece has confirmed that Maria Grasso is to head up its newly established graphics division (DW 10 January).

Grasso, formerly a creative director at Loewy International, takes up the new post on Monday.

McNeece design director Mark Hilferty says Grasso is the ideal choice to head McNeece’s venture into purely graphics projects: “She will be a marvellous addition to the company.”

Hilferty says Grasso will first work on a “major environmental graphics project”.

A spokesman for Loewy International says that Grasso was employed on a consultancy basis and there are “no immediate plans” for her to be replaced.
