Drinks giant Seagram is believed to have appointed four consultancies for branding and packaging projects.

The four, who won the job through a pitch thought to have been organised by client advisory agency EDR, are Pearlfisher, Turner Duckworth, Wickens Tutt Southgate and Fitch.

It is believed several other consultancies made a shortlist (DW 24 January). These are thought to have included Coley Porter Bell and The Identica Partnership.

EDR refuses to comment and none of the consultancies will confirm their success.

It is thought that each group will get at least one project.
