Stocks Austin Sice seniors Nigel Salter and Penny Baxter, who were both promoted in February, have left the consultancy.
Design head Baxter and Salter, who was responsible for client services, have left “to explore new opportunities and are currently developing plans for the future”, according to an SAS spokesman. Neither Baxter not Salter were available for comment.
The split is “frighteningly amicable”, according to director Jeremy Sice. “They leave with our total support and we wish them well for the future.”
Baxter and Salter joined the three founding partners as directors of the business, but not of the board, earlier this year (DW 6 February).
Their departure gives SAS the chance to refocus, says Sice, though he does not know what form that restructure will take.
