Further to develop new brand identity for Future Step

Further has been appointed to develop a new brand identity for US-based recruitment consultancy Future Step, which operates internationally.

The consultancy was appointed by Future Step owner Korn/Ferry International following a five-way pitch involving consultancies in the UK and the US.

Future Step, which was founded in 1998, operates 90 offices across 40 countries.

The rebrand brief follows the appointment of Marisa Kacary as global vice-president, marketing of Future Step in March and a review of the company’s positioning and marketing activities.

Kacary says, ’We are pleased to be working with Further their ideas and creativity underpin our new strategy, and will help give our brand the momentum to support our ambitious business objectives.’

Patrick Eastwood, managing partner of Further, says, ’We’re excited to be working with Marisa and the team at Future Step they have a clear vision of the future and we’re looking foreward to helping them reposition their business.’

  • Marguerite Humeu has been announced as the first winner of the Further Award for students on the Royal College of Art’s design interactions course. The award comprises a cash prize of £1500 and a paid four-week placement at Further.
