These flippant insults just fall short of the marque

In the space of six paragraphs Ben Terrett (DW 9 October) manages to lambaste the new Abbey identity without once explaining why he feels the way he does about it, or why it may not work in the marketplace.

It’s easy to indulge in such lazy criticism. Thankfully, in Vox Pop the comments are more thoughtful.
