Casino of Authenticity and Karaoke

Nykris Digital Design in London is developing an interactive installation for music producer Malcolm McLaren, named the Casino of Authenticity and Karaoke, with architect Sham 96. The experience features four Barcrest fruit machines, modified to trigger archive film footage, music, pictures and sounds from McLaren’s life. ‘Playing on the Barcrest fruit machines lets the visitor play his life as a game of chance,’ says Nykris director Nikki Barton. The installation opens in the OnTaste exhibition at the Bonnefanten Museum in Maastricht, The Netherlands this month.
