Hunter betting its boots on JHP

JHP has been appointed to design interiors for a Harrods-based concession for wellington boot brand Hunter, the brand’s first dedicated retail space.

The group will also create packaging for the company and in-store communications material including posters.

A JHP spokeswoman says the positioning is lifestyle- rather than product-led. Packaging is made of natural materials, reaffirming the brand’s outdoor credentials.

The concession will also feature the company’s new range of leather equestrian and shooting boots.

Hunter’s was established in 1856.
