Nottingham consultancy Philip Watts Design has created interiors for neighbouring estate agent FHP City Living.
The consultancy was briefed to create contemporary, bar-style interiors for the company, which sells high specification loft apartments to an affluent 25- to 35-year-old market, explains Philip Watts Design senior designer Stuart Watts.
The 80m2, double-height office space boasts a minimal, white and glass interior, punctuated by lime green rubber flooring and a lime green panel. An internally-lit white, glass desk and glass staircase are central features.
Pink and green fluorescent strips illuminate the space at night.
The group was appointed without a pitch.
