Golf course hits Israel
Work on Israel’s first major golf resort and leisure complex is underway with design by architect WAT&G. Designers for the resort’s interiors, lighting, signs and graphics are yet to be decided.
The project will include a two-storey club house, two hotels and 400 villas around the championship golf course. Intercontinental Hotels is expected to manage the resort.
WAT&G director John Elliott says: “This project is a major catalyst in the emergence of a Red Sea Riviera.” Construction is scheduled to start early next year.
