Exhibitions

Robert Stewart’s diverse activities as a designer and educationalist, as well as his innovation and contribution to 20th century textile design in the UK, will be highlighted in the first retrospective exhibition of his work, which runs until 31 October.

From 1 August until 12 October, When Flaminio Drove To France explores the collaboration between Italian designer Flaminio Bertoni and Citroën, which generated classic cars like the DS19 and the 2CV.

Hidden Substance displays alternative, almost universal packaging that inverts the hierarchy in design and challenges our perceptions of visual value surfaces and branding. The exhibition runs until 9 August.

Venue: Magma Clerkenwell, 117-119 Clerkenwell Road, London EC1.

Professor Sir Peter Blake, one of the most inspirational figures in the Pop movement in the 1960s, will be showing his Commercial Art from 4 August until 11 September.
