Kimble takes trophy… and that’s not unusual

It’s that time of year again when Landor and Design Bridge, go head-to-head and tonsil-to-tonsil at the annual Clerkenwell Festival karaoke competition.

Having beaten off stiff competition from nearby insurance and law firms to reach the final, we’re pleased to report Design Bridge is, once again, Clerkenwell champion.

DB resident Pop Idol Scott Kimble won for the second year running, with his rendition of It’s Not Unusual, and then joined Marie Kiernan to win the duet category. Landor took the female soloist category, with Nina Langley’s rendition of All That Jazz, complete with fishnetted backing singers.

It was all ‘quite theatrical’, says a smug DB spokesman.
