US computer company Dell is out to target bigger corporate clients with a direct customer experience. To this end The Four Hundred consultancy designed and built Focalpoint, a new visitor and demonstration centre at Dell’s European Manufacturing Facility in Limerick, Ireland. Dell wanted a centre which was stark rather than plush, says The Four Hundred director Peter Blundell. The consultancy was also responsible for promotional literature and graphics.
