Oxygen has designed this central image in the promotional campaign for Oxford Stage Company’s adaptation of Melvyn Burgess’ controversial novel Junk. The visual, which had to appeal to a young audience, makes reference to the play’s central character, nicknamed Dandelion. The play focuses on the thorny topic of teenagers and drugs and the poster is based on discussions with focus groups in Oxford schools. The tour kicks off in Wellingborough on 15 January.
