Berkshire graphics group Martin Dawe Design has brought in a new director to boost its branding offer.
David Ridgley has joined from Lippa Pearce where he worked as development director. Ridgley started his career at Martin Dawe as a junior designer.
Ridgley says he will be responsible for design strategy, client service and business development.
He has joined Steven Kane, formerly with Holmes & Mar-chant, who was appointed as senior designer at the 15-strong consultancy.
Lippa Pearce design director Domenic Lippa has not yet decided whether to replace Ridgley.
