Kyzen and Sense in merger

Design and marketing group Sense formally merged with identity, branding and literature consultancy Kyzen on Monday, under the new name Kysen.

The merger follows the acquisition of Kyzen by Sense last year and will see the newly-formed 30-strong group split into a corporate division and a consumer division (DW 31 July 1998).

Kysen creative director Neil Gaught says the group will look to acquire a creative consultancy over the next two years, to accelerate its growth.

The group is currently working on projects for the Financial Times, Shell International and the Ladbroke Group.
