Garden appliance brand Flymo is rolling out a new pan-European packaging concept designed by Newcastle consultancy Yellow M.
The first three packs are now being introduced across the Continent and employ icons rather than text-based information to communicate product messages.
Yellow M creative director Simon Cunningham says the pan-European nature of the packs “meant overcoming the linguistic and cultural barriers that divide the marketplace”.
The consultancy is now developing further packs for both the UK and European markets.
Yellow M is producing a 150 000 range of literature, direct mail and point-of-sale materials for paint brand Hammerite.
