Fitch director takes on global remit

Tim Greenhalgh, joint managing director at Fitch in London, is relinquishing control of the studio to become the network’s first chief creative officer.

Greenhalgh will now take on a more international remit and is tasked with developing Fitch’s worldwide network of studios. However, he will remain based in the network’s London office.

Simon Threadkell, head of brand environments, and Stuart Wood, head of brand communications, will take over the running of the 65-strong design team in London. Both will be promoted to the position of creative director.

Greenhalgh joined Fitch in 1985, leaving six years later to join Conran Design Group as associate director. He returned to Fitch in 1996 to take up the position of creative director. He became joint managing director in a management partnership with Lucy Unger in 2002.
