Procter & Gamble has won a community design battle in the High Court against rival Reckitt Benckiser. The judge ruled that the packaging for Reckitt’s Air Wick Odour Stop is a copy of P&G’s Febreze product, for which the original packaging concept was designed by Jones Garrard.
