The spectacle of a bar full of designers meeting up for a night of loosely work-related debauchery has been pretty much a London phenomenon.

No longer. Solihull consultancy The Design Advantage has organised Birmingham’s first Drink Tank, a Design Business Association-sanctioned booze-up for the local design fraternity.

In an effort to maintain cordial relationships with the local constabulary, DW will be operating a name and shame policy concerning drunken antics and antisocial behaviour.
