Concept House 99 provides a sneak preview of this year’s Ideal Home Exhibition, which takes place from 17 March until 11 April at Earl’s Court. Concept House shows the best designs from 150 entries from 3 March until 10 April. The exhibition presents a series of architectural schemes as modern alternative to the Victorian terraced house.

The 16th Awards is an exhibition of over 200 photographs of commissioned advertising and editorial work, as well as non-commissioned work by professional photographers. The awards recognise the best in contemporary British, and increasingly European photography.

Venue: The Association Gallery, 81 Leonard Street, London EC2.

One of Belgium’s most elusive and controversial installation artists Jozef Somerlinck exhibits work in a show called Attendant from 4-19 March. The venue for the exhibition is a new space dedicated to site-specific installation art. Somerlinck’s work questions the essence of art and its status in society.

Grids is the first in a series of monthly art displays by Mark Holmes showing until 9 March. Satin anodised aluminium sections are used to create a rigid mesh with wall hanging structures.
