Real Time victory in Revolution awards

Real Time Studio has won the best CD-ROM category in Revolution magazine’s new media awards, for its work with client Somerfield Stores. AMXstudios was runner up for its Spice Girls’ enhanced CD.

Waterstone’s Booksellers won the best interactive kiosks category with a design created by London Web group Hyperlink.

Meanwhile, The Co-operative Bank won the best customer service award, for its system created by Reading Web group Entranet. Dell UK & Ireland won the award for the best electronic commerce system, created in-house.

Revolution deputy editor Richard Lord says the awards, which are officially named The Revolution Awards for New Media and Marketing, were made primarily for business effectiveness, with design as a secondary consideration.
