Hat-trick Design has created a suite of communications for Land Securities’ latest property development, the first evidence of the group’s work since its appointment as lead agency on the company’s design roster.
The consultancy – appointed in November following a credentials presentation – will also create communications brand guidelines for the company.
The work for the Land Securities development in London’s Gresham Street, launched this week, includes marketing literature, a website, hoardings, a lenticular window display, a ‘book’ for the reception area and launch invitations.
Hat-trick creative director Jim Sutherland says the group was briefed to create a style that dovetailed with the innovations in evidence in new developments.
‘Most property marketing is formulaic. For us the challenge was to undo this formula and do something creative,’ he adds.
